In the midst of life’s challenges, strategic stillness and sacred waiting can be a powerful catalyst for deepening our dependence on God. By prioritizing God above all else, we can experience a profound sense of rest and security in Him, freeing us from fear, anxiety, and subtle idolatry.

The Value of Stillness and Waiting
1. Deepening Dependence: Strategic stillness and sacred waiting help us focus on God, reinforcing His centrality in our lives (Psalm 46:10, Isaiah 30:15).
2. Freedom from Fear and Anxiety: When we prioritize God, we experience freedom from fear and anxiety, knowing He’s in control (1 Peter 5:7, Matthew 6:25-34).
3. Rest in God’s Presence: This state of existence brings rest and security, as we trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness (Psalm 16:11, Isaiah 32:17).

A Personal Journey
2025 has been a year of health struggles and challenges. Health struggles has been a catalyst for strategic stillness and sacred waiting. This year is marked by dental issues, immune system troubles, and eye surgeries, which has likely turned out to been a refining process.

Insights from My 2025 Journey
1. Shift in Perspective: My health struggles led to a shift in perspective, draining away earthly ambitions and revealing a deeper sense of stillness and peace.
2. Scriptural Clarity: Scripture became clearer, and my spirit more sensitive, as I waited on God.
3. Refined and Refreshed: I feel that my experiences this year has refined and refreshed me, with a deeper understanding of spirituality.

Lessons Learned
1. God’s Priorities: My experience highlights the importance of prioritizing God above all else.
2. Stillness and Waiting: Strategic stillness and sacred waiting can be a powerful means of deepening our dependence on God.
3. Rest in God’s Presence: My journey demonstrates the rest and security that comes from trusting in God’s sovereignty and goodness.

May my experience in 2025 inspire others to prioritize strategic stillness and sacred waiting, deepening their dependence on God and experiencing the rest and security that comes from trusting in Him. Amen.
