Scripture affirms that faith is a gift from God (Ephesians 2:8-9). It is not based on our own abilities or merits but on God’s grace and mercy (Romans 4:16). This gift allows us to embrace God’s promises and trust in His character, even in the face of uncertainty and doubt (Hebrews 11:1).
Transformative Power
Faith has the power to transform our lives, enabling us to:
– Live a life pleasing to God (Hebrews 11:6)
– Overcome obstacles and challenges (Matthew 17:20)
– Experience spiritual growth and maturity (2 Peter 3:18)
– Enjoy eternal life and fellowship with God (John 3:16)
