– Loneliness
– Purposelessness
– Anxiety
– Poverty
– Failure
– Sickness
– Disappointment
While these issues are significant, they are not the primary reason for salvation. Jesus cautioned against falling into the trap of prioritizing these concerns over the true purpose of salvation.
The Devil’s Deception
The Devil uses a clever tactic to deceive and distract people from the true purpose of salvation. By focusing on material and psychological problems, he leads people to believe that salvation is about solving these issues rather than escaping eternal damnation. This is a false choice, and Jesus warned against it.
Jesus’ Teaching on Priorities
Jesus said, “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). Rather, it’s a matter of priority, where seeking God’s kingdom and righteousness takes precedence over all other concerns.

One can have all the material possessions, psychological well-being, and success in the world, but without salvation, they will still face eternal damnation.
