Introduction
In a world filled with uncertainty and chaos, one truth stands firm: trust and obey God, and you will always be alright. This unwavering promise transcends circumstances, situations, and even death itself.
_The World’s Limitations_
The world may inflict harm, but it cannot destroy. Only God possesses the power to truly destroy or give life. This fundamental understanding liberates us from fear and anxiety, allowing us to focus on our eternal priority: pursuing righteousness and holiness.
_Going Home: A New Perspective on Death_
Death is not an end, but a transition to eternal life with the Lord. This profound truth redefines our understanding of mortality, transforming it from a source of fear to a stepping stone to glory.
_Pursuing Righteousness and Holiness_
With every breath, we must pursue righteousness and holiness, even if it requires sacrificing:
1. _Lives_: Willing to lay down our lives for the sake of the Gospel.
2. _Reputation_: Unconcerned with worldly opinions or criticism.
3. _Wellbeing_: Surrendering comfort and security for God’s purposes.
4. _Earthly treasures_: Recognizing material possessions as fleeting and insignificant.
_Glory of God: Our Ultimate Priority_
In a world where only God matters, our sole focus becomes:
1. _Glory_: Reflecting God’s radiance in every aspect of life.
2. _Worship_: Offering continuous, heartfelt adoration.
3. _Obedience_: Submitting to God’s will, regardless of circumstances.
Conclusion
Trust and obey God, and you will always be alright. This promise stands firm, even in the face of death. As we pursue righteousness and holiness, our lives become a testament to God’s glory, our ultimate priority.
