Human Suffering: Wars and political crises displace millions and harm innocent people. Faith traditions teach compassion and active care for the hurt and poor.
Religious Freedom: Government shifts and national policies often dictate whether faith groups can worship freely or face severe persecution.
Global Stewardship: Believers are called to seek the peace and well-being of the societies where they live. Understanding world events helps guide informed civic action and advocacy.
Ethical Witness: Nations frequently use religious ideas to justify power or conflict. Awareness helps people of faith spot misuse of their beliefs and stand for true justice.
