In the midst of life’s challenges and distractions, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s truly important. As Christians, we’re called to fix our eyes on Jesus Christ, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). By focusing on Him, we find the strength, endurance, and joy needed to run the race of faith with perseverance.

Why Focus on Jesus?
1. He’s the Pioneer and Perfecter: Jesus has already run the race and completed the path of faith. He knows the way and has paved it for us.
2. He Provides Strength: By looking to Jesus, we find the power to endure trials and overcome obstacles.
3. He’s Our Example: Jesus endured the cross, scorning its shame, for the joy of salvation. He sets the ultimate example of perseverance and faith.
4. He’s Our Joy: Fixing our eyes on Jesus brings joy, even in the midst of hardship and suffering.

How to Fix Your Eyes on Jesus
1. Meditate on Scripture: Focus on God’s Word and promises.

3. Worship: Lift your heart and voice in praise.
4. Community: Surround yourself with believers who encourage and support you.
As you run the race of faith, remember to fix your eyes on Jesus. He’s the author and perfecter of your faith, and He’ll see you through to the end.
